Warm Jerk Chicken Strip Salad

Pan-fried chicken-fillet strips, seasoned with Dunns River Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and served with romaine salad leaves, scallions, and bell pepper, finished with a cooling Dunns River Jerk Seasoning-spiced Crème fraiche.

    Place chicken fillets in a bowl and sprinkle with Dunn’s River Jerk Seasoning.

    Wash Romaine leaves.

    Thinly slice spring onion/scallion.

    Thinly slice bell pepper.

    Layer salad leaves with spring onion and peppers.

    Warm oil in a heavy bottom pan over a moderate heat.

    Mix Crème fraiche with Dunn’s River Jerk Seasoning

    Sauté chicken fillets in a pan for approximately 10-15 mins, turning halfway through, ensuring chicken is fully cooked through

    Dress your jerk chicken strips onto your salad, and finish with a drizzle of jerk- spiced Crème fraiche.
