Whisk eggs lightly, cut Chicken Vienna Sausages into small pieces and add into to the whisked eggs.

Add water, diced peppers, spring onion, hot sauce, onion, salt, black pepper and mix well.

Over a medium heat, add 1 tbsp of vegetable or olive oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and stir gently and constantly until the mixture sets.

To Serve: Serve with fried dumplings, toast or a fruit place for a delicious, hearty breakfast - Enjoy!
