1) In a large pan of boiling water, cook Fusilli pasta for 8-9 minutes until al dente, then drain and add into cold water to stop the cooking process.

2) In a separate deep-bottomed pan, add 1 tsp of Grace Coconut Oil and on a medium-high heat, sauté bell peppers, carrot, red onion, garlic with dry Dunn’s River Jerk Seasoning for 2-3 minutes until softened.

3) Add the Dunn’s River Callaloo, Dunn’s River Lentils, Grace Jerk BBQ Sauce, Dunn’s River Coconut Milk, Dunn’s River Mixed Herbs and tomato passata, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10-15 minutes until slightly reduced and thickened. continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring well.

4) Add your drained pasta into your pasta sauce mix and stir through for 1 minute to reheat your pasta and to combine all of your ingredients well.

5) Portion your pasta mix into individual bowls and garnish with a drizzle of Grace Hot Pepper Sauce – Enjoy!

- 1 tbsp Grace Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 can Dunn’s River Jamaican Callaloo
- 25g Dunn’s River Creamed Coconut
- 2 cans Dunn’s River Lentils
- 1 tsp Dunn’s River Jerk Seasoning
- 2 tsp Dunn’s River Mixed Herbs
- 1 pack Fusili Pasta
- 1 pack Tomato Passata
- 2 Bell Peppers - sliced (1 yellow, 1 red)
- 1 Large Carrot - sliced
- 1 Red Onion - medium chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove - minced
